Take it away, Faye! . “When I travel, my back and hips are the first things to feel tight and sore! A sequence of plank to #downdog will help to stretch your entire spine, arms, shoulders and legs! You can also modify to alternate between a more gentle #childspose and modified plank pose with your knees touching the ground. Keep your shoulders and hips square. Add some variation to open your hips by lifting one leg at a time for #threeleggeddog then bend your lifted knee. Its always fun to flip your dog! Remember that the height of your leg is not the important thing in #Yoga Work within your own limits and be thankful for your body!”

I’m working on giving myself grace when I mess up rather than going down the rabbit hole of self-judgement. As long as you’re aware of your faults and try to work on them, that’s all you can do. I gained my weight after the sudden death of my mother and few other unfortunate events and for the first time ever I got to a place where was scary to step on the scale and look in the mirror, I did not know how to deal with grieving and the result was a significant blow to my overall mood and health. This was a 70-80 lbs gain, I was overwhelmed with how I am going to lose it all, tried many programs in a two years period and failed repeatedly until I heard about All IN by Teddi. I always was the person who needed support and encouragement while trying to lose weight because although I put a good fight I always gave up or cheated when I plateaued or had a hiccup in my progress. With All IN by Teddi I felt safe having the daily support which kept me going few times when I wanted to just stop or quit and I loved the ease/simplicity of food and food prep. Food is clean, easy to make and taste good!! The cardio was a struggle at the start but now can’t even accept the thought of not doing it - although I have been off the program for a week I have not missed one cardio since. One of our most asked questions -- "How do you stay motivated?" Zig Ziglar said it well when he said "People often say that motivation doesn't last. Well, neither does bathing - that's why we recommend it daily". 😉 To be honest, we are not motivated every day, but we seek out inspiration daily, we find what makes us feel alive, and we remain committed to ourselves. It is up to you to keep the promise & committment you made to yourself. You have the tools all around you, search the internet for inspirational quotes, talk to a person that inspires you about their jouney - ask them about their stuggles, their triumphs and everything in between. You never know what will inspire you so keep an open mind, and never let what you want in the moment get in the way of what you want most. We stay committed because we have found a lifestyle that works and that helps us feel our very best.

• F R I D A Y • F E A T U R E • ✨ @melissabatemanfitz ✨ “Wow! 45lbs gone and I cannot believe my before photo- how did I let myself get there? After having 2 kids and a very stressful legal career, I found I was coping with a glass (& then another & then another ) of wine, & as a result, making terrible food choices! I was working out every single day so I justified the bad diet as I “earned it!” Like Teddi, a plastic surgeon rejected my plea for a tummy tuck; she said I could lose the weight by working out. I was so angry because I was going every single day! I even ran the Boston Marathon the year before. A few weeks later, my brutally honest dad was visiting. I said I had to wake up to workout & he said “Why? It’s not like it is working?” That was the kick in the head I needed! I was WISHING I would lose weight, like someone would wish to win the lottery! Like fate was going to step in and do the work for me! Enough was enough. Accountability appealed to me because I wanted to be told what to do. I needed a coach—someone who I didn’t want to let down! And I won the lottery when I was placed with Celeste @pizzawine ! I could have not chosen a better advocate, confidant and buttkicker! 2 weeks into the program, I had to work 18 hours every day for 2 months, including weekends! I often went to bed at midnight and up at 4 am. But Celeste took no excuses! She kept me on track during incredible stress! Then the week my work project ended, my mom was diagnosed with terminal cancer. I was her sole caregiver. Tragically she passed 2 weeks after I finished All IN. I tell you this because if I can find time for an hour a day and meal prep during the most difficult times, anyone can! I now realize that taking my life and body under my control is what got me through this incredible stress. Teddi has a formula for weight loss but more importantly, empowerment! I could not be more grateful for All IN. Seeing the participants workouts on days when I am feeling unmotivated gets me into that gym! When I want that glass of wine, I think Teddi would want better! There is an inordinate amount of tips and tricks on the internet on how to lose weight and get into shape, so much that it can often get confusing and overwhelming. Our goal is ultimately to simplify healthy living. When you don't have to overthink, measure or stress about what you're eating is when you're able to consistently make smart choices and ultimately find a balanced lifestyle. Simply put, we focus on starting every meal with a big glass of water, and always have a larger portion of vegetables than anything else on our plate, with an emphasis on green veggies. When we fill up on vegetables & stay hydrated, we will naturally eat less and fuel our bodies with the nutrients it craves. Be sure to stock up on fresh veggies each week to have on hand for quick snacks that you can even take with you on the go. Put them in easy-to-grab Tupperware or baggies for a seamless snack option in your busy life! Load up on the veggies for a tasty & satisfying salad, or steam some up for a great addition to your favorite dinner! Some of our favorites are celery, cucumber, peppers, spinach, broccoli, onion, mushroom, avocado - think light, bright, lean & green! 💚✨ Small changes to your everyday routine will add up to big results, so stay consistent - the best is yet to come!

A lot of times while traveling, the intention to stay healthy is there, but without proper preparation, it can get lost in the shuffle and choas of your excursion. Here are some tips we follow to keep us ALL IN on every trip! . - Throw some apples & clementines in your carry-on for an easy, healthy snack on the go. . - Pack a reusable water bottle so you can get it through security and fill it up before you get to your gate! . - Grab Starbucks oatmeal for breakfast in the airport instead of a high calorie breakfast sandwich or pastry. - Pick up a salad before you board so you're not tempted to eat the prepackaged snacks the airlines provide. . - Delayed? Walk the airport to burn some extra calories while you wait! . Focus on enjoying the company you're with, and the memories you will make instead of on the food and drink, and you will be sure to have a happy healthy vacay! ☀️

We never head to the store without a list - so here are some of our tried & true favorite go-tos on our grocery list each week! . - Oatmeal (keep it plain, without the added sugars and extras ) - Berries (strawberries, blueberries, rasberries, blackberries ) . - Watermelon - Apples - Clementines - Lemons (great to squeeze on top of a salad in lieu of dressing or to flavor your water! ) - Ezekiel Bread/Sprouted Bread (We love Dave’s Killer Bread Thin Slice ) - Brown Rice* . - Quinoa* -Lentils* (*Trader Joe's has already cooked steamable rice, quinoa & lentils that cook in 3 minutes for those in a hurry or on the go! ) . -Cucumbers -Tomatoes - Spinach - Arugula . - Black beans & Chick Peas - Lean Turkey & Chicken - Balsamic Vinegar (we love a splash on a salad! ) . Healthy eating might sound complicated, but it doesn't have to be. Keep it simple and stick to lean protein, whole grains, and fresh fruits & veggies.
