Oh snap! 😱 I tried the sample workout from a BRAND NEW workout program coming soon and I’m in 💕! A mix of cardio, HIIT, full body toning, weights, barre, core, yoga, recovery...EEK!!! It’s sooooooo good! 🔥 Feel like you’re too busy to workout? Nope - no more. Workouts are only 20-30 min and designed to do int he mornings and move on with your day (but of course - get it done anytime of day ) 100 workouts! 💪 Notice I said 100 workouts - not 100 days 😉 Go at your pace. Double up or go at your own pace. I, of course, had to modify quite a bit of it and will for a while but I NEED a program to commit to and really dive into 100%. I’m almost 4 weeks post op and the 2 modifiers are amazing so ANYONE can do this! I’m so excited to see my progress over 100 workouts and would 💕 to have you join me!! Anyone else feel like garage sales are a good idea until you have to set it all up?! 🙋♀️🤦♀️ I’ve been up and running since 5:30am with all the things and I’m not done. 😫 Luckily my shoulder has behaved so far today but I’m soooo ready to sit down with a big fatty ice pack because I know it likely won’t feel stellar tomorrow if I don’t. 😬
I was not feeling it this morning. I started strong but quickly fatigued. I finished and called it good. Busy day ahead so I made my to do list (I 💕 lists! ) and the goal is to stay focused!! Cheers to Friday and baseball game 5/5 tonight. Momma loves watching them play but Momma also likes chill nights at home too! 😜
When I see these scars on my shoulder - I can let it get me down and stay there. I used to be that person who would hit a bump in the road and let it keep me down. All I have to do now is look down a little further on my arm at that tattoo and remind myself why staying down is no longer an option. I’ve fought and worked too hard to get to where I am both physically and mentally. Definitely not perfect - don’t claim to be. But every single day I work on myself so I can be healthy and strong for my family. That is something I don’t ever take for granted.
Does a workout with Insanity in the title scare you? 😬 Yeah me too but I was in need of a workout change up today and after a crap night of sleep I was unsure if I was up for it. Let’s just say if I could reach through the screen and kiss 😘 the modifier I would have today! 😂 Of course I took a few breaks and that’s 💯% acceptable in my world. Don’t ever think you can’t do something because it sounds scary. Trust me - I’m the biggest worrier out there so if I can get out of my comfort zone - so can you!!! 💕
Well hey there Monday!!!! 👋 Who’s starting their DAY 1?! 🤷♀️ Who’s still telling themselves 1 DAY?! You can still be sitting there watching or you can jump up and decide to join! Either way - today still passes. This move here was 100% not in my workout today but since I couldn’t do the burpee/push up/walk move - this here is the modification I came up with. Booty burner 🔥 Leg burner 🔥 Ab burner 🔥 May not have been the arm burner I’m craving getting back but it works just as well! ☺️

Such a busy day ahead and I woke up sooooo tired, kinda cranky and feeling bloated 😕 I sat on this step for 5 minutes REALLY not wanting to workout. We have a super busy day ahead and i knew if I didn’t do it now - it wouldn’t get done. Would it be the end of the world. Not at all. Do I know how good I feel AFTER? 💯 % More energy✨Less stress ✨Mental clarity ✨Lower anxiety ✨More patient ✨ Sometimes when you have zero motivation to start - doing it for the after is always enough to get me started. I’ve been asked a lot how I’m still able to incorporate my at home workouts. 🤷♀️ I’m 2 weeks post op today and a long recovery road ahead before I can get back to working out my upper body which totally sucks because it’s my FAVORITE to do! 😫 Do you know me well?! 😁 Which is the one upper body move I miss the most? 👇👇 1. Burpees 2. Planks 3. Push ups I’ve been using my step a lot but these sliders have been amazing in helping me take impact out and really focus in on my abs and legs when there’s a move I physically cannot do. If there’s a will- I’m going to find a way! 💕🙌

Oh the things summer days are made of. Hoses. Water fights. Falls. Scraped knees & elbows. Popsicles. I totally unplugged this afternoon to just be present with the boys as the just had the best time together outside. It was truly magical 💕
✨Obstacles are in the eye of the beholder ✨ 💣If you’re constantly focusing on your injury, your illness, your struggle or the excuses you keep telling yourself as to why you can’t do the things you ache to do - then that is all you’ll ever see. 💣 My legs still work. My heart still beats. My lungs still feel the fire of a good workout. So why would I let one arm tell me I can’t? 🔥 Instead of telling yourself you don’t have time - try telling yourself it’s not a priority and see if it changes your outlook. When I got rid of my excuses is when I found my results. I’m no better than anyone else. All I did was DECIDE to be put the work in and over time - the changes I was making daily started showing me results. Then it became a habit....a lifestyle and that was always my ultimate end goal. Not a quick fix...a lifestyle 💕🙌

Happy Sunday! 💕 I’ve been trying to cut back on the amount of coffee I have but today it’s needed. Super busy day yesterday, I don’t sleep well lately with my shoulder and last night my kids all had their alarm clocks set wrong. So alarms were randomly going off all night. 🤦♀️ But I’m up sipping coffee getting ready to take the boys to see Secret Life of Pets 2 this morning. Anyone else always go to the movies before 11am so you get the cheaper tickets?! 🙋♀️
All I’ve been needing to get killer workouts in at home 🙌 1. Step for my program - which is only 20 min 😱 and helps me do all the leg moves with more burn 🔥 2. Sliders - seem innocent but definitely not 🙈 and helps me take the impact out of any move 3. My Roku remote - gives me access to my virtual gym of over 700+ workouts. 💕 Cardio, dance, weights, kickboxing, yoga, Pilates, and tons more!!! Always new programs getting added so I never get bored! 4. Water - because I drink alllll the water during a workout. 🥤 5. Crazy hair is optional 😜😂😂 Now it’s your turn! Can we talk about this top knot here?! 🤗 It took some maneuvering, magic, prayers, LOTS of Bobby pins and help from my 11 year old but this here is PROGRESS! 🙌🙌. Shoulder surgery recovery is no joke but I’m determined and staying positive because I have much bigger goals than this here top knot but for now it’s a huge WIN!!!! 💕💕. Never stop working towards your goals- progress is progress and each day those little victories are what will keep your positive and dedicated! 😊. HAPPY SATURDAY ALL!!!!
What does a workout look like for me right now when I can’t jump or jiggle my shoulder? It looks like this. Steady & Supported. I squat lower. I engage my core to the max. I find what I can do instead doing nothing. It’s not perfect but it’s my perfect right now. When is it your time to start your version of perfect?! 💕

I’m sure I’ll be taking more than I like this summer but I 100% can modify my at home workouts with NO IMPACT to still move. Yes - I’m being careful. Yes- my shoulde is not being impacted at all. Yes- I might be crazy! But I can’t describe to you how much better I feel physically and mentally when I move each day. I may not be where I was but just wait to see where I’m going!! There is strength in the hard. You just have to choose your hard. What are you choosing today?
Morning off to slow but good start. Got some work done while the kids slept and got the oldest off to his first day of summer reading school. Coffee ✅ Superfoods ✅ Read my PD ✅ Got my hair in a ponytail without cussing ✅ Play-Doh on the deck with B man ✅ Have some other to do list items I need to cross off today that keep piling up and I’m sure an afternoon nap may be in order. I tell you what - I never imagined how much shoulder surgery would wear me out 😴 but I’m determined to not let it keep me down. Last night I had a good cry out of pure frustration and woke up feeling more positive. Cheers to a sunny Monday!
